LUISS Equitazione SIR Acqua Filette: al via la stagione sportiva 2026/2027
Sport, education and a passion for equestrianism: the partnership between LUISS, SIR La Farnesina and Acqua Filette continues.
The 2026/2027 sports season marks a new chapter for the LUISS Equitazione SIR Acqua Filette Team, born from the collaboration between LUISS Guido Carli University, Società Ippica Romana – SIR La Farnesina and Acqua Filette.
At the heart of this project is the value of sport as a means of personal and professional development, offering student-athletes the opportunity to pursue their passion for equestrianism while continuing their university studies.
SIR La Farnesina serves as the exclusive venue for the project’s activities, providing facilities, technical expertise and an environment dedicated to training and athletic preparation.
The team is part of the broader LUISS Sport Academy programme, which promotes the Dual Career model: an approach that enables students to balance academic commitments with competitive sport, fostering talent, determination and discipline.
Developed in close collaboration with the equestrian community, the project also represents an important opportunity to introduce more young people to the sport, promoting values such as respect, responsibility, teamwork and a strong bond with the horse.
With the support of Acqua Filette, the LUISS Equitazione SIR Acqua Filette Team looks ahead to the new season with enthusiasm and ambition, ready to take on new sporting challenges and further strengthen a journey that brings together academic and athletic excellence.
